About specifying delivery date and time
If you would like to specify a delivery date and time, please enter it in the "Notes" column in the cart.
Specify delivery date
Regarding the desired delivery date, you can specify a date after the 7th day from the order date.
For delivery to remote islands, please specify a date after the 9th day from the order date.
*If you would like to receive the item as soon as possible, please select "No specification".
*We do not accept requests for delivery dates that are more than 15 days from the order date.
*For urgent inquiries, please contact us using the inquiry form or by phone (092-404-0968).
*As a general rule, we do not reserve items.
*Shipping and inquiries will be handled only on weekday business days. Orders and inquiries made during regular holidays will be responded to on the next business day.

About packaging
The product will be wrapped in cushioning material and shipped in cardboard to avoid damage.In addition, the bottom and gaps are stuffed with newspaper to protect resources.
